Advancing Marine Science

For more than two decades, I have contributed to marine science through peer-reviewed research, technical reports, environmental monitoring, conservation programmes and policy development. My work spans six continents and has supported governments, universities, regulators, NGOs and industry.

Research themes include marine mammals, sea turtles, dugongs, coral reefs, coastal ecology, wastewater impacts, habitat restoration, marine plastics and microplastics — and increasingly, the interface between science and policy.
